...is situated in a sedate area accessible by an approach-only road. There are three tennis courts within a four minute walk of the villa and the beaches, the town of Benissa and the supermarket are approximately 850m away.
You can expect a beautiful, well maintained villa with space for 2 - 5 people, approx. 100m² of living space - 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 modern bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 cozy living-dining room with fireplace, a large covered terrace where you can have breakfast and a roof terrace with great views over the entire area.

In the case of a reservation with more than 4 persons or if you need more space, you can additionally book our apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living-diningroom and a open-plan kitchen.
In any case, you have the house and the garden with pool alone, there are no other guests present!
The Villa has a private swimming pool with roman stairs, plus an external shower and a beautiful poolside terrace with couches and a sun screen, as well as a barbecue. A lockable carport is provided with the property for vehicle protection. The villa is centrally heated when staying during cooler weather.

Main flat
The main flat, which occupies the upper part of the villa, has:
- two bedrooms with double beds (90/100x200m) and built-in wardrobes, as well as mosquito nets and window shutters,
- one cosy living and dining room with a chimney, smart-television with satellite TV,
- one modern bath with bidet, toilet, washbasin and large shower,
- one modern well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, tableware etc.,
- a large roofed terrace with twicker seats and a couch, as well as a
- sun terrace with a little sea view on the roof.
Apartment
In the lower part of the villa is an apartment, which can accommodate an additional 2-3 people. The apartment has a separate entrance,
- one large double bedroom with double bed an single bed (90x200),
- a living room with a comfortable sofa, Smart-television with satellite TV and
- an open-plan kitchen,
- dining area for 4 people and
- a spacious bathroom with glass shower.
